Yellow Brain (Tremella mesenterica)

Honestly I have not made this name up, it is just exactly what it looks like. You could not have described it better really cos it does look like a brain and is, well, yellowish to orange. You do have two for the price of one on this picture as the pinkish growth on the branch looks like it could be a resupinate pink fungus called Peniophorus quercina but don't quote me on it.
