Another of my favourites here, a lovely red weevil taken today 10 Oct 2013. These are specifit to dock leaves but usually missed as they are usually on the underside out of site of preditors. This made its way over the top and stuck out like a sore thumb just long enough to take a couple of shots of it for my very much appreciated viewing public.
Canon 600D Canon 100mm f2.8 macro lens with 31mm extension tube and Canon MR-14EX flash
