What a strange looking couple. A male and female Scorpion Fly. Two similar pictures to show how to distinguish male from female. The male on the left clearly shows the scorpion type enlarged genitalia whereas the female above has a pointed abdomen.
Both pictures taken with a Canon 600D with Canon 100mm F2.8 macro lens
